Verse:
هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ
Sura Tobe verse 33, Sura Fath verse 28, Sura Saff verse 9
Translation:
He is the God who sent his Prophet (PH) for guiding creatures and imparting the religion of right to make it, although pagans dislike it, dominant to all religions of the world.

Explanation of the verses:
Mohsen qera’ati in third volume of Noor interpretation about the verse 33 of Sura Tobe Hs written although Islam from the viewpoint of logic and reasoning was always victorious, but this verse speaks of external domination and mentions the promise of governance of Islam on the world. As in other verses also, ((((ظهر is said with the meaning of conquering; like: ((ان یظهروا علیکم یرجمونکم)) (if they become dominant on you, they will stone you). (Sura Kahf, verse 20) and about the infidels it is said: ((ان یظهروا علیکم لا یرقبوا فیکم الا و لا ذمه)) (if they become dominant on you, they will keep no vow and convention.) (Sura Tobe, verse 8). From one hand, this verse has not accomplished yet and on the other hand, God has given the promise of governance of Islam and his promise is not lie; in result, as it is mentioned in many narrations this verse points out to the coming of Mahdi (AJ).
It is said in Montakhab-ol-athar that the issue of Imam Mahdi (AJ) and his worldly revolution is mentioned in narrations by Shia and Sunni and in most of public Hadith books is mentioned too and is one of the ideological certainties of Muslims. Although some people including Wahhabis, falsely, have known it specific to Shia.
In Noor-o-thaghaleyn interpretation it is narrated from Imam Baqer (AS) that: ((a time will come that there would remain no one unless confesses to prophecy of Prophet Mohammad (PH).
About the governance of religion in all over the world, there are many hadiths; including in Sa’fi interpretation it is narrated from Imam Ali (AS) that: ((at the time of coming of Imam Zaman (AJ), there would be no house and no village unless Islam will enter in it; whether they want it or not. And the voice of Adhan (call to prayer) will be heard every morning and night in any village.

Explanation of the verses:
Hoseyni sha’h abd-ol-azimi in volume 5 of Athna’ ashari interpretation about the verse 33 from Sura Tobe wrote the meaning of it, is prevalence of Islam and monotheism over the whole world and its people; but its interpretation has not accomplished yet, and because the promise of God is not destructible, absolutely and undoubtedly this promise will be resulted and will happen at the time of coming of the Vali (guardian) of the time and the pole of the world, Imam Zaman AJ, as the news of Imams (AS) are justificative and denoting it.
Sheykh ab-ol-fotooh ra’zi in Kabir interpretation narrated from Meqda’d-ibn-e-asvad who has narrated from Prophet Mohammad (PH) that: ((there would remain no muddy and stone home on the earth unless the exalted God will enter the word of Islam in it whether with entire reverence or entire abjection, they will become precious with reverence of faith or he will make them abject in order to they get religious with Islam and faith.
In Al-borha’n interpretation, Sheykh sadough with his documents has narrated from Abi basir that Imam Sadeq (AS) in holy verse ((هوالذی ارسل رسوله باالهدی…)) stated: ((swear to God its Tavil (inward) has not been revealed yet, and it will not be revealed until Qaem comes; when he comes there would remain no unbeliever to God and no polytheist to Imam unless he/she abominates and does not want his coming. because if an unbeliever in into the stone, the stone with a perfect power will speak that O the believer! Into me is an infidel. Break me and take her/him and kill him/her. Aya’shi and Tabarsi have narrated from Imam Baqer (AS) that: ((appearing of Islamic religiousness, is at the time of revolution of Mahdi (AJ) from family of Prophet Mohammad (PH); then there would remain no one unless confesses to prophet Mohammad (PH).

Explanation of the verses:
Thaghafi tehra’ni in second volume of Rava’n ja’vid interpretation about the verse 33 from Sura Tobe have written by narrating from Ka’fi from Imam Kazem (AS) in interpretation of this verse that he is such a God that commanded to his Prophet the Vila’yat (guardianship) for his (Prophet’s) executer and Vila’yat (guardianship) is the religion of right to make it dominant to all religions at the time of revolution of Qaem and God is completer of the Vila’yat (guardianship) of Qaem, although they dislike it. The deniers of Vila’yat (guardianship) of Imam Ali (AS) have asked is it the Tanzil (outward) of Quran? He stated: ((yes. This is the Tanzil (outward) and something other than it, is its Tavil (inward). In Majma-ol-baya’n Tabarsi has narrated from Imam Baqer (AS) in interpretation of this verse that: ((this issue is at the time coming of Mahdi (AJ), from family of Mohammad (PH), that in that era there would be no person converts to Islam. And in Ekma’l-ol-din by Sheykh sadough and also in Quran interpretation Aya’shi has narrated from Imam Baqer (AS) that: ((our Qaem is helped with fear and assisted with God’s help. He will conquer the whole earth and the treasures will be opened for him and his kingdom will surround east and west and God through him, will make his religion dominant over all other religions and in the earth would remain no ruins unless it will be habitable and Jesus (AS) will come down and adheres to him (Mahdi AJ) and about it the narrations are too many that I am unable to narrate them and for making the hearts strong and proving the concept, the mentioned narrations are enough.
Seyyed abd-ol-hoseyn tayeb in verse 8 of Atyab-o-tebta’n writes that God when has revealed this verse to his Prophet (PH) that all around the world was full of paganism, infidelity and ignorance; that in pagan state (of the Arabs before Prophet Mohammad PH) it is said that the monotheists in the world were just executors of Abraham (AS) and Jesus (AS) and some of close people to them. They, also, could not declare it because of fear; like the ancestors of Prophet Mohammad (PH) and their mothers that we read in Wa’reth prayer that: great loins and pure wombs. As Abraham (AS), also, was sent on a mission in such an era. لیظهره علی الدین کله, if means saying with clear reasons and bright rationales and manifested proofs, Alhamdulillah the ideology of Shia is, in detail, bright like sun. And if it means removing corrupted religions and vain ideologies, with the help of God Mahdi (AJ) will appear ولو کره المشرکون (and although polytheists dislike it.)

Explanation of the verses:
Maka’rem shira’zi and his group write about the verse 33 of Sura Toba in Nemoone interpretation:
Finally in this verse the good news of becoming universal of Islam is given to Muslims and with it, the issue of previous verse about not being effective of faint endeavors by enemies of Islam gets completed and the meaning of ) ((هدی)) guide) is obvious reasons and evident proofs which are in Islam religion and the meaning of) ((دین حق)) religion of right (is the very religion that its principles are right and minor points are also right and finally its history, evident, documents, conclusion and inference are all right and also its reasons, evident and its history is clear, should eventually become victorious over all religions.
The mentioned verse, which is said exactly with those words in Sura Saff verse 9 and with a bit change is repeated in Sura Fath verse 28, declares an important event which its importance caused this repetition- the news of getting worldly and becoming universal of Islam.
Since the concept of verse is full-scale victory of Islam over all religions of the world, and the meaning of this word is that eventually Islam will take over all over the earth and will get victorious over all the world.
It is narrated from Imam Sadeq (AS) in interpretation of this verse: ((swear to God, still the concept of this verse is not accomplished and it just will happen when Qaem revolts and when he revolts, there would remain no person who denies God in all the world.))
And also from Imam Baqer (AS) is narrated: ((the promise which is in this verse would be fulfilled when coming of Mahdi (AJ) happens; in that day there would be no person in the world unless he/she confesses to rightfulness of Mohammad (PH).))

In first volume of Osoul-e-ka’fi by Sheykh koleyni, volume 24 and also volume 51 of Beha’r-ol-anva-r by Majlesi, third volume of Al-mana’qeb by Ibn-e-shahr a’shoub and also in Noor-o-Thaqaleyn interpretation by Havizi it is narrated from Imam Reza (AS) about the verse 33 of Sura Tobe that: ((in order to make him victorious over all religions at the time of rising of our Qaem (AJ).)) In a narrative interpretation, Al-borha’n, by Bahra’ni, second volume of Aya’shi interpretation and Noor-o-Thaqaleyn by Havizi it is narrated from Imam Ba’qer (AS) also that: ((no one will remain unless he/she will confess to the end of prophet hood by Prophet Mohammad (PH).)) لیظهره means in order to God make it apparent at the time of recrudescence. In volume 51 of Beha’r-ol-anva-r by Majlesi about this case a hadith is narrated from Ja’ber ibn-e-yazid who has narrated from Imam Sadeq (AS) that stated: ((verily there is a recrudescence for Imam Ali (AS) and his son, Imam Hussain (AS), on the earth. He will come with his flag in order to take revenge from Ommiad, Moawiyah (Ommiad’s caliph), offspring of Moawiyah (Ommiad’s caliph) and the ones who along with him came to fight with Imam Ali (AS). God at that day, will arise 30000 people of companions of Imam Ali (AS) who are all from Kufa and 70000 people of other Shia people to help Imam Ali (AS). And again in Siffin battlefield the two army will meet each other and he will kill all of the warriors of Moawiyah (Ommiad’s caliph) army with sword, in a way that no one of them remains to bring the report of them. Then at judgmental day also, God will arise them and along with Pharaoh and his people they will have the worst agonies. Then Imam Ali (AS) with Prophet Mohammad (PH) will return to this world one more time and Prophet Mohammad (PH) will become the king of the earth and other Imams (AS) will become his governors, and in contrary with first time, this time he will be aroused manifestly and will worship God openly.)) Then Imam Sadeq (AS) stated: ((yeah! Swear to God, Imam Ali (AS) will return to this world two times. (And with hand showed that how many times he will return (to this world)). God will give the kingship of all people of the world, from the day of creation of the world until the day of destroying of it, to Prophet Mohammad (PH) in order to make the promise which gave Prophet Mohammad (PH) in Quran that: ((لیظهره علی الدین کله)) (to proclaim it over all religions, even though they, who associate others with Allah, detest (it).) accomplished.

In volume 6 of Ahl-baty interpretation and also in Al-borha’n, a narrative interpretation by Bahra’ni, it is narrated from Imam Baqer (AS) that: ((verily that event happens when Mahdi (AJ) from decedents of Mohammad (PH) becomes apparent; then there will remain no one unless becomes faithful to prophet hood of Mohammad (PH). In first volume of Qomi interpretation and also in volume 51 of Beha’r-ol-anva’r by Majlesi it is narrated from Ali-ibn-e-ibrahim that: ((this verse also, is about Qaem (AJ) from decedents of Mohammad (PH) and he is the Imam who God will make him victorious over all religions and he will make the earth full of justice as so it is full oppress.)) this verse is one of the verses that we said its interpretation is after its revelation. Majlesi in volume 53 of Beha’r-ol-anva’r narrates from Mofazal-ibn-e-omar that: ((I asked from my Imam, Imam Sadeq (AS) that does the mission of Mahdi (AJ), who we are waiting for, have any determined time in order to people know that when will it be?)) Imam (AS) stated: ((never God will determine the time of his coming in a way that our Shias know it… O Mofazal! He (Imam Mahdi AJ) will become apparent in a doubtful situation, until his affair becomes obvious and his name will go up and his work will become manifested and his name and agnomen and ancestry becomes mentioned and his reputation by followers of truth and falsehood and far and against will be mentioned a lot, in order to through recognizing him an ultimatum be given to people. Moreover, we have narrated and showed the story of his coming for people and we have mentioned his name and ancestry and agnomen and we have told that he has the same name as his grandfather, Prophet Mohammad (PH) and with same agnomen in order to lest people say we did not recognize his name and agnomen and ancestry. Swear to God! His work will be accomplished through becoming manifested of his name and ancestry and agnomen, which will be told by people a lot; in a way that they will retell it for each other. All of these, are for giving the ultimatum to them. Then, as his grandfather has promised, God will make him apparent; ((هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ)) (It is He who has sent his messenger with guidance and the religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religions, even though they, who associate others with Allah, detest (it).) Mofazal said: ((my lord! What is the interpretation of ((لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ?))
(To proclaim it over all religions, even though they, who associate others with Allah, detest (it).)? (It means that how Imam Zaman (AJ) will be victorious over all religions?) Imam (AS) stated: ((the interpretation of this verse is that: ((وَ قاتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّی لا تَکُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَ یَکُونَ الدِّینُ کُلُّهُ لِلهِ.)) (And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah.) O Mofazal! Swear to God, he will remove disagreements among nations and religions and all of religions will be one; as God has stated: ((ان الدین عندالله الاسلام)) (surely the (true) religion with Allah is Islam.)

part 7
In volume 51 Beha’r-ol-anva’r by Majlesi and also in volume 6 of Ahl-e-bayt interpretation it is narrated from Ibn-e-abba’s about Sura Tobe verse 33 that: this verse would not be accomplished , until when there remains no Jews and no Christian unless they convert to Islam to the point that sheep and wolf and cow and lion and human and snake are safe and no mouse would eat a bag and tax (money which is paid in lieu to conversion to Islam) would be established and cross would be broken and pig would be killed and this, is the meaning of ((لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ (to proclaim it over all religions, even though they, who associate others with Allah, detest (it).) and this situation is at the time of rising of our Qaem (AJ). In volume 52 of Beha’r-ol-anva’r it is narrated from Imam Baqer (AS) that: ((God has assisted Qaem (AJ) with fear and has helped him with [special] assistance. The earth is seen as light under his feet and treasures [and mines] would appear themselves for him. His kingdom would include east and west of the world and God, through him, would make his (God’s) religion conquered to all void methods and religions, even though pagans dislike it. There would remain no ruined place on the earth unless he would make it habitable. In volumes 36 and 51 of Beha’r-ol-anva’r and also in Noor-o-thaqaleyn interpretation by Havizi it is narrated from Imam Hussain (AS) that: there are 12 of us first of whom is Ali-ibn-e-abita’leb (AS) and the last of them is the ninth of my sons, who will rise according to right, God will make the earth alive through him after it, is dead and through him will make the religion powerful and gives glory to it and will make it manifested and will make the truth, firm in order to make it prevailed to all costumes, even though pagans detest it. He would have such an absence which a group because of the very long being of it, would become apostate and numbers of people would be awaiting and will experience suffering and harm in this way; opposed people would say to this group: ((if you tell the truth, so when this promise will come true?)) the one who tolerates the longitude of his absence and experience annoyance and harm in this way, this man (human) is as the one who is fighting along with Prophet (PH) by sword.))

In volume 51 Beha’r-ol-anva’r by Majlesi by narrating from Abou-basir who narrated from Imam Sadeq (AS) has been told that: ((all of the absences of Prophets (happens in the life of Qaem (AJ) from we, ahl-e-bayt (family of Prophet Mohammad PH) in detail.)) I said: ((is Qaem (AJ) from you, ahl-e-bayt?)) He stated: ((O Abou-basir! He is fifth son of my son, Mousa’ Ka’zem (AS), and is son of master of female slaves of the world. His absence would get so long that void followers become doubtful. Then God would appear him and would open the east and west of the world through him and Isa-ibn-e-maryam (Jesus the son of Maryam AS) would come down from heaven and prays behind him. The earth with be bright with the light of God and there would remain anywhere on the earth that someone else than God is worshiped in it. All of religions would be faded and (Islam) would be prevailed, even though pagans dislike it.)) In some other narrations he narrates from Imam Sadeq (AS) that: ((birth of Moses (AS) was in a way that since Pharaoh knew that the decline of his kingship happens through Moses (AS), called up priests (people who interpret dreams in sleep) and they told him: this man will be from Bani-israel sect. he ordered his soldiers to cut the pregnant women’s bellies and cut the head of their sons. To reach this purpose, they killed more than 20 thousands kids but God protected Moses (AS) and they could not have any access to him. Ommiad and Abbasid also, because got informed that their governance and commanders and oppressors would be destroyed through our Qaem (AJ) our enmity was created in their heart and with drawn sword killed and cut the generation of our family hoping to kill Qaem of Prophet Mohammad’s family; but God did not allow to even one person of oppressors have access to him in order to he (Imam Mahdi AJ) perfects his light, although pagans detest it.)) Majlesi also in volume 19 of Beha’r-ol-anva’r has narrated from Imam Ali (AS) that: ((the promise of God will happen; the very promise that the almighty God gave in his book and stated: ((Allah has promised, to those among you who believe and done righteous deeds that he will surely grant them succession [to authority] on the earth as he (Allah) has granted it to those before them. Sura Noor, verse 55) (this is the time which there remains nothing of Islam unless a name and nothing from Quran unless a costume) and Imam Zaman AJ has been hidden from eyes and the reason of this happening has been obvious to him; because sedition is so much in people’s hearts that the most close one to a person is the most serious enemy of him/her. At that time, God with such an army which has not seen before, helps him and albeit pagans detest it (God) will make the religion of his Prophet (PH) prevailed to all religions.
