In Sahih bokhari by Kab-ibn-e-malek it is narrated this verse was descended about us but Abd-ol-razagh-ibn-e-khalaf in Romooz-al-konooz and Mohammad bagher mohaghegh in Nemoone bayyenat about the cause of revelation of this verse narrated in this verse the intention of Sadeghin(honest persons) is Ali-ibn-e abi taleb (AS).
From the verse itself it can be realized that the intention of Sadeghin(honest persons) are absoletely honest persons and because of that command to obey them is absolutely; in order to obedient people with following them and their guidance reach right, truth and blissfulness. The conclusion is that Sadeghin in the verse are the carriers of the revelation, successors of the messenger, trustworthies of religion, guiding Imams and the lights of guidance. The ones who God has banished them of any flaw and defect; and they no one other than chaste and pure Ahl-e bayt (family and children) of prophet Mohammad (PH) who first of them is Amir-al-momenin Ali-ibn-e abi taleb (AS) and the last is Mahdi (AJ). In 16th volume of Mafatih-ol-ghayb by Fakhr razi this verse is used for chastity and says it can be can be infered from this verse that in all times there should be honest chaste persons. Koleyni in the first volume of Kafi by referring to himself narrated from Borid-ibn-e moaviye who narrated from Imam Bagher(AS): this vesrse intended us. He also Kafi by referring to himself narrated about this verse from Imam Reza(AS): Sadeghin are Imams (AS). Hakem hasakani who is follower of Hanafi ideology in the first volume of Shavahed-ol-tanzil le-ghavaed-ol-tafzil by referring to himself narrated in the interpretation of this verse from Abdollah-ibn-e-omar that the intention is Mohammad (PH) and his Ahl-e bayt. Sabt-ibn-e-jozi in al-bab-ol-thani fi zekr-e fazaeloh from the book Tazkerat-ol-khavas knows this verse about Ali-ibn-e abi taleb (AS) and his children. Thaghafi tehrani in Tafsir ravan javid az kafi from Imam Bagher (AS) and Imam Reza (AS) and in Majma-ol-bayan from Imam Bagher (AS) and Qomi by the word Say that apparantly means Imam Sadegh (AS) narrated that the intention of Sadeghin are pure Imams (AS) and the family and children of Mohammad (PH) and in Ekmal-ol-din Sheikh Sadoogh narrated from Imam Ali (AS) that at the time of caliphate of Othman in the presence of a group of Mohajerin (immigrants for Islam) and Ansar (helpers of Islam) said: I ask you swear to God do you know when this verse was descended Salman told to prophet Mohammad(PH): o prophet of God! This verse is inclusive or exclusive? And prophet said: the ones who are commanded are the general of muslims but honest persons are particularly my brother and executors after me after him untill the day of judgement and he said: yes and God is witness. and In Majma-ol-bayan has narrated from Imam Sadegh(AS) that read the verse and said no doubt the perfect persons are the holy persons and I think my words are in agreement others in this topic. Seyyed Abd-ol-hussain tayyeb in eight volume of Atyab-ol-bayan fi tafsir-ol-quran has wrote truthfulness has some hierarchics: truthfulness in speech, truthfulness in acts, truthfulness in morals, and truthfulness in beliefs. Each of these hierarchics has two kinds: absolute and partially; and the verse speaks of absolutely honest person who in all hierarchics be truthful because if in one hierarchy is not truthful, obeying of him is haram and forbidden not commanded and of absolutely honest person truthful in all hierarchics is synonym with chaste person and with agreement between all sects of shia no one other than 14 chaste persons(Imams AS) their chastity has been proved and supposedly if there is some degrees of in some persons they are one of their followers like the great woman Zeynab(SA), Ab-ol-fazl, ali akbar and Salman (RA),…
Magham thani in Ghayat-ol-maram has narrated many reports from general and special ways and mentioned a part of them in Borhan and Majlesi has recorded In Behar-ol-anvar that the interpretation of Sadeghin is with different phrases: <<from me>>, << they are Imams AS>>, << Ali-ibn-e abi taleb (AS)>> , in some others prophet said to Salman my brother and executors after him, Mohmmad (PH) and his Ahl-e bayt, Mohmmad (PH) and his family and children and chaste Imams (AS) until the day of judgement.
<< ya ayyoh-al-lazina amanoo >> (O the believers ) addresses believers because non-believers even if be with pious and honest persons has no result and the meaning of believer is to acknowledge Tawhid( being just one God), Nabovvat (prophet Mohammad PH), what prophet Mohammad ( PH) has brought and Maad (resurrection).
<<ettagh-ol-llah >> (fear God) means do Vajebats (orders) and quitting Moharamat (taboos), << koonoo maasadeghin ( join honest persons) means obey them and do not be disagree with them and love them and their affectionates and be the enemy of their enemies and do not leave them and do not get separate from them.
According to the style of the verse until judgement day there should be a truthful chaste among believers to be followed and this chaste is of children of Ali-ibn-e abi taleb (AS). So from this verse the presence of Imam Zaman (Mahdi) (AJ) Is ratiocinated.
