Verse:

فَوَرَبِّ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنْطِقُونَ

Sura Zariat, verse 23

Translation:

Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other. (From www.tehranloh.ir)

Explanation of the verse:

In volume 15 of Ahl-e-bayt interpretation it has been narrated from Ibn-e-abbas that: swear to the nourisher (God) of sky and the earth that the meaning of the issue in the verse “إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَّكُمْ تَنْطِقُون” (this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that you can speak) is the rising of Qaem (AJ) from Al-e-Mohammad (family of Prophet PH). The same narration has been narrated by Estarabadi in Tavil-ol-ayat-o-zahera from Imam Sajjad (AS).
